I. Hype Series Gameplay Update

1. Ranked Mode: New Season Starts
    1) The Hype Arena Ranked Mode will undergo a season update on 4 July at 00:00 (UTC+8). The matchmaking entrance for Hype Arena Ranked Mode will be closed from 3 July at 23:30 to 4 July at 00:05 (UTC+8).
    2) Your Hype Arena Ranked Mode Egg Rank will be carried over to the new season. For specific rules, see [Hype Arena - Ranked Mode Egg Rank Rules].
2. The Hype Arena Ranked Mode introduces new Egg Rank goals. Complete them to receive limited-time rewards such as name frame, avatar frame, and title!
3. Card Update: Each round now allows one free refresh. A total of 12 new Equipment Cards and 32 new Perk Cards are now available. Strategically combine cards to turn the tide of battle!
4. Added a progress bar above the Hyper Eggy to display control-related abnormal statuses, allowing you to better understand specific status information.
5. Card selection interface optimization
    1) Enlarged cards to display more text information.
    2) The card selection interface now supports collapsing and viewing "Your Stats," helping you make better decisions when choosing cards.

I. Hype Series Adjustments & Optimizations 
1. Hero Balance Adjustments
We have made comprehensive adjustments to heroes, aiming to further diversify their roles while narrowing early-game disparities. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of equipment choices. In the early stages of a match, the differences between heroes are minimal, and victory is more dependent on skill usage. As the match progresses and cards are added, different equipment choices will significantly influence the direction of heroes' growth. To this end, we have strengthened the defensive equipment, which were comparatively weaker.
The changes mainly include the following directions:
1) Adjusted the base attack speed for all heroes and added attack speed growth.
2) Adjusted HP and DEF for all heroes, increasing the base durability of roles like archers and mages, and enhancing the max-level durability of roles like warriors and tanks.
3) Reduced the base Magic ATK and its growth for mages while increasing skill damage coefficients.
4) Increased the base Physical ATK for roles like warriors and mages.
[Bulu]
- The DMG coefficient of 'Super Laser' is increased from 1.5 to 1.6.
[Naughty Eggy]
- The speed of 'Running Late' is now affected by buffs and debuffs.
- During the ultimate 'Naughty Strike,' 'Clap Clap Clap' can be cast, improving the skill combo.
[MC Spitfire]
- The DMG coefficient of 'Rhythmic Beats' is increased from 0.3 to 0.35.
[Energy Kid]
- The cooldown of 'Drumstick Swing' is reduced from 9s to 8s.
[Aurora Goddess]
- The DMG coefficient of 'Aurora Nova' is increased from 0.6 to 0.75, and the casting range is increased from 14 meters to 18 meters.
- The DMG coefficient of 'Polar Snowstorm' is increased from 0.3 to 0.35.
- The DMG coefficient of 'Aurora Outburst' is increased from 1.4 to 1.5.
[Mimi]
Mimi leverages the range advantage of his first skill and the mobility of his second skill to maintain a safe attack distance in most combat scenarios. We have slightly reduced the range of his first skill while increasing its damage and the movement speed bonus provided by his passive. This adjustment aims to weaken his ability to maintain a safe distance while preserving his mobility and skirmishing playstyle.
- 'Brushstroke Blossom's' DMG coefficient is increased from 0.6 to 0.75, and its casting range is reduced from 25 meters to 20 meters.
- The movement speed bonus provided by the passive 'Joy in the Painting' has been increased from 12% to 15%.
[Dr. Zombie]
- The initial recovery of 'Potential Outburst' has been reduced from 16% of lost HP to 10%, and the recovery on hit has been adjusted from 8%/12%/16% of lost HP to 9%/12%/15%.
- Fixed an issue where the recovery values during 'Potential Outburst' were sometimes abnormally high.
[Thunder Granny]
- Palm Grenade's DMG coefficient is increased from 0.7 to 0.75.
[Reddy]
- The DMG coefficient of 'Flashblade Slash' has been increased from 0.4 to 0.6, movement value provided increased from 30 to 50, and using the skill now increases self Movement Speed by 30% for 3s.
- The DMG of 'Grand Debut' has been increased from 75+0.8*Physical ATK to 80+1.4*Physical ATK.
- The cooldown interval of 'Blade Breaker' when switching to the next stage has been increased from 6s to 7s.
- The knockback effect of the second stage of 'Blade Breaker' is now considered Stunned, and a status duration display has been added.
- Removed the exclusive card 'Energetic': Using Flashblade Slash increases self Movement Speed by 30% for 3s. This card's effect has now been integrated into the skill's base effects.
- Reduced the end lag of 'Charged Long Blade', 'Flashblade Slash', and the first and second stages of 'Blade Breaker', making skill combos easier to execute.
2. Perk Card Iteration & Adjustments
1) 'Most Wanted': After KO'ing the marked target, the mark will transfer to the next enemy.
2) 'Ouch!' series cards' Burning effect can now stack up to 3 times.
3) 'Mighty Reentry' now triggers a DMG boost every 6s, no longer requiring disengagement from combat.
4) 'Invulnerable': The DMG reduction for different qualities is fixed at 8%.
5) 'Price of Power': The additional DMG taken for different qualities is fixed at 15%.
6) 'Destroyer of Ankles' now also disables the enemy's jump ability.
7) 'Attack Enchantment': The additional DMG dealt now depends on the higher value between the two ATK stats.
8) 'Life Force': Changed from percentage HP recovery to a fixed value plus a small percentage HP recovery.
9) Cards like 'Reflect' , 'Reflector', 'Ice Power', and 'Growing Power' have been enhanced.
10) Supreme quality 'Infiltrator' and 'Patience for the Patient' have been removed.
11) Cards like 'Swift Vanguard', 'Jump Start', and 'Impact of Momentum' now provide more Movement Speed.
3. Equipment Card Iteration & Adjustments
1) 'Star-shatter Crossbow' gains a new effect: Normal attacks reduce enemy healing effects by 40% for 3s.
2) 'Phantom Crossbow' gains a new effect: Normal attacks deal an extra 40 Physical DMG to enemies with less than 50% HP.
3) 'Ring of Judgment' gains a new effect: Every 6s, the next normal attack applies a 30% slow for 3s.
4) 'Ion Beam' gains a new effect: Normal attacks increase Magic ATK by 6 per hit, stacking up to 6 times.
5) 'Blazing Robe' now provides Magic DEF instead of Physical DEF.
6) 'Iron Arm' now provides Cooldown Reduction instead of Physical DEF.
7) Magic equipment cards now provide more Magic ATK.
8) Defense equipment cards now provide more HP.
9) Physical Defense equipment cards now provide more Physical DEF.
4. Status-type skills, [Naughty Eggy] 'Clap Clap Clap' and [Kangaroo Doodee] 'Victory Punch' now display a progress bar showing the duration of the effect.
